Downwind Properties LLC is a private hunting club. The purpose of this organization is to promote wildlife conservation, safe responsible ethical hunting, fellowship with other members, and friendly relations with our neighbors.

Our property located at 1439 Tully Farms Rd. in Tully NY is posted and property lines are strictly enforced. If you are a hunter hunting adjacent to our property and need permission to track or retrieve game you must contact Downwind Properties at 315-382-6055 or info@downwindproperties.org. The property lines are clearly posted and if hunters are found on the property without permission from one of the hunting clubs members they will be prosecuted.
